The 2025 vintage is resting, waiting for the final blend before summer bottling.

Our Castelli di Jesi Riserva, a single vineyard expression, 100% Verdicchio from old vines, is tasting very promising.  After fermentation and aging in a mix of wood, cement and ceramic vessels, we’ll soon be blending and then bottling this summer.  This year’s alcohol and acidity balance, matched with the minerality and salinity, characteristic of our location and soil composition, has us itching to fast forward a few years to see how the 2025 Castelli di Jesi evolves.
